Finding Nature Finds Nature - HypnoBreathwork & A Nature Walk at Manly DamWalking TourSat, 28 Mar, 9am - 1pm AEDT
Description

Each new season Finding Nature Finds Nature. We head somewhere around Sydney and congregate at, connect with and learn about a place where the urban meets the natural. For Autumn this year, we have something very special happening.

We’re blending the science of the breath with the medicine of the bush to help you drop out of the mental chatter and back into your body. This isn't just a walk with a picnic - it's a total sensory immersion you'll come away recharged by and excited to share about.

The Experience

Part 1: The Deep Dive (HypnoBreathwork with Dave Murphy). We’ll begin the morning by settling into the landscape for a guided HypnoBreathwork session led by Dave Murphy. Dave is a specialist in using the breath to access flow state - that sweet spot where time disappears and clarity kicks in. Combining rhythmic breathing with subconscious reprogramming and evocative music, Dave will guide us to clear stress and prime our minds for the nature immersion ahead.

Part 2: The Wander (Nature Walk with Jada Andersen from ConserVentures) With our senses heightened and our systems calmed, Jada Anderson will lead us on a curated walk at Manly Dam. Jada’s walks focus on finding rather than just hiking - noticing the details of Australian flora and fauna, learning about the local ecology, and moving at a pace that allows for genuine conversation and presence.

Part 3: The Nourishment (Lunch by Gus_tronomy) No Finding Nature event is complete without the culinary work of Gus_tronomy. As we wrap up our walk, we’ll enjoy what he has settled on for the experience. Expect seasonal, vegetarian and vibrant flavours designed to refuel the body and keep the conversation flowing.
